Biography

Drew has litigated catastrophic injury cases in federal and state courts across the country for 25 years. His clients have primarily included victims of communicable disease outbreaks–domestically and, in some cases, internationally–commonly from the consumption of contaminated food products, but also including recreational and environmental venues like public pools, waterparks, animal exhibits, and numerous other settings where transmission of communicable disease can occur.

Drew has led litigation of many high-profile national outbreaks of foodborne disease, often against some of the biggest and most powerful food companies in the world. His work has been instrumental not only in the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars for catastrophically injured people, but also in forcing change within the food industry.

Drew has broadened his injury practice since arriving in Billings, Montana in 2022. He continues to represent outbreak victims but has expanded his practice to include injury cases generally.
