Biography

Drew has litigated catastrophic injury cases in state and federal courts across the country for 25 years. Many of his clients have been victims of communicable disease outbreaks, often from contaminated food products but also from certain environmental exposures like public pools, spas, and waterparks; animal exhibits and petting zoos; and other settings where transmission of zoonotic and other communicable diseases frequently occurs.

Drew has led the litigation arising from many high-profile national illness outbreaks, often against some of the biggest and most influential food and agriculture companies in the United States. His work has been instrumental not only in the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars for catastrophically injured people, but also in forcing change within certain specific sectors of the food and agriculture industries.

Drew has broadened his injury practice since arriving in Billings, Montana in 2022. Although he continues to represent victims in complex communicable disease cases nationally, Drew's Montana practice now includes representation of injured people generally.
