$400,000, plus payment of all medical expenses, obtained on behalf of a client who was in a motor vehicle accident while delivering goods for his employer. At the time our client contacted us, he was homeless, had his workers' compensation benefits terminated, and had not obtained necessary medical treatment due to the workers' compensation insurer denying all future medical treatment. After retaining our firm, we were able to assist our client in finding housing, re-opened his workers' compensation claim, forced the insurer to start paying wage loss benefits as well as necessary medical treatment. We then pursued actions against the insurer for the driver that struck him, and obtained all available insurance limits.
