Client was a highway construction worker whose forklift was hit by a careless, inattentive, and negligent semi-truck driver in a clearly-marked construction zone. The defendant accepted liability, but the claim was complicated by the fact that the defendant had a passenger in his truck, thus resulting in two victims that had both been significantly injured as a result of the driver's negligence.
