Our growing law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to assist the litigation teams in our Great Falls, Montana office. We practice state-wide and specialize in asbestos, environmental, catastrophic personal injury, and workers' compensation law. Paralegals with 1+ years of experience in civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
Litigation paralegals will assist the attorneys in all aspects of case development including requesting and tracking medical records and bills, preparing medical summaries, causation letters, demand letters, petitions for mediations and hearings, and pleadings and discovery documents, working directly with the clients to obtain discovery responses, contacting witnesses and experts, coordinating the logistics of depositions, tracking medical bill payments and liens, drafting mediation brochures, filing pleadings in state and federal court, and assisting with trial preparation.

This is a full-time employment position. Wages are dependent on the position filled and the experience you bring to the position.
